Comprised of prior military personnel, law enforcement professionals, and experienced private security specialists, our leadership team brings decades of operational expertise, strategic judgment, and absolute discretion to every engagement. We deliver executive protection, protective services, security consulting, and risk management solutions designed to safeguard individuals, families, businesses, and high-value assets in complex and evolving environments.
Bryon Thompson
OWNER
Bryon Thompson comes from a family lineage of law-enforcement officers, instilling in him from an early age a strong sense of duty, service, and responsibility to protect others. Following that family tradition, he attended the Police Academy and developed a lifelong commitment to public safety.
With more than 20 years of experience in the security industry, Bryon has served in operational management roles, overseeing security operations and helping ensure the safety of individuals, businesses, and properties.
His passion is simple: making sure people are safe. He approaches every assignment with professionalism, integrity, accountability, and respect.
Bryon believes that effective security is more than simply being present—it requires situational awareness, preparedness, communication, and a genuine commitment to protecting people and property.

Dr. Thelma Brown-Thompson
Director of Business Development & Client Relations
From an early age, Dr. Thompson dreamed of becoming a police officer. That early desire to serve, protect, and help others eventually developed into a lifelong commitment to the fields of public safety, psychology, and security.
Pursuing that vision, Dr. Thompson earned a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology and later a Doctorate in Applied Clinical Psychology. Her education provided a unique understanding of human behavior, risk factors, crisis situations, and the importance of maintaining safety in challenging environments.
Dr. Thompson also gained professional experience working within a correctional/prison environment, where she developed firsthand knowledge of security, behavioral assessment, conflict management, and the importance of situational awareness.
Today, she brings together her academic background, professional experience, and passion for service through Cherubim Protection & Investigation Services. Her goal is to help businesses, churches, solar farms, construction sites, apartment, development, organizations, and communities develop practical security strategies designed to protect people, property, and assets.

Serenity Alexander

As the Human Resources director, I believe that strong communication, genuine interpersonal relationships, and a positive workplace morale are at the heart of a successful company. I strive to create an environment where employees feel heard, respected, and valued while ensuring that expectations and concerns are communicated clearly and fairly. Integrity is especially important to me — I believe in doing what is right, treating people with honesty and respect, and leading with consistency and accountability. My goal is to help build a workplace where people can trust one another, feel supported, and do their best work.
Craig Kasper
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Craig Kasper is a security operations leader and protective services professional with more than 20 years of experience in executive protection, residential security, security operations, and high-profile assignments.
Throughout his career, Craig has provided protection for A-list celebrities, political figures, foreign dignitaries, international business executives, and high-net-worth individuals. His experience spans private estates, red carpet events, corporate environments, and complex protective assignments requiring discretion, detailed planning, and proactive risk management.
As a Director of Operations, Craig has led security teams, coordinated deployments, developed operational procedures, managed client relationships, maintained compliance standards, and delivered customized security programs tailored to client needs.
His background also includes experience as a Police Explorer with the City of San Jacinto Police Department, EMT certification and emergency ambulance service, and college coursework in Criminal Justice. He has completed advanced firearms, tactical medical, Stop the Bleed, active shooter response, situational awareness, threat assessment, and emergency preparedness training.
Craig is recognized for his professionalism, sound judgment, and ability to lead under pressure. He combines operational leadership, protective services expertise, and emergency response experience to build effective security programs, develop high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional client service.
